Welcome to the premiere of Desert Rose!

The following series will cover a glimpse of the life of Prophet Muhammad (sal Allahu alayhi wasallam). Each chapter of this series will open up as the days come. Today is the first chapter in Desert Rose, entitled “Read”

  • Monday May 21, 2007 - Chapter 2 - Daybreak
  • Tuesday May 22, 2007 - Chapter 3 - Trials
  • Wednesday May 23, 2007 - Chapter 4 - Torture
  • Thursday May 24, 2007 - Chapter 5 - Tragedy

    This was really great, but I’m wondering why the invitation states the length of the event is 2 hours and the actual video only shows 8 min and 40 seconds. Has the first session started yet?

    MashaAllah wa tabarakAllah, I can’t say anything that hasn’t already been stated.

    I think many of the youth feel disconnected from Rasul Allah salAllahu alayhi wa sallam, and they memorize the seerah but it doesn’t polish their heart and doesn’t increase them in their love for him, and realize the amazing aspects of Al-Wahy. I enjoy how these videos portray the “human” side of the Prophet alayhi salaatu wa sallam, instead of just ‘information’. wa Allahu ta’ala ‘alam.

    Narrated Anas: The Prophet salAllahu alayhi wa sallam said “None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind.” (Bukhari, Book #2, Hadith #14)
